Deckers Brands seeks a Financial Analyst for Global Brand Finance supporting UGG and HOKA in a remote U.S. role. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, building ROI frameworks and aligning investments with SG&A targets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical role.
• Strong Excel modeling skills required.
• Experience with Hyperion or similar planning systems preferred.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Interest in consumer brands, marketing analytics, and long-range planning.
