Job summary

Deckers Brands seeks a Financial Analyst for Global Brand Finance (UGG & HOKA), a remote role in the United States. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across UGG and HOKA, partnering with global teams to improve planning quality and decision speed.

You’ll translate product and pricing decisions into financial insights, contribute to long-range planning, and enable disciplined investment decisions with clear financial implications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience with strong financial analysis and business acumen.
• Minimum 1+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical experience.
• Strong Excel modeling skills required.
• Experience with Hyperion or similar planning systems preferred.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for Global Brand Marketing across UGG and HOKA.
• Build ROI and campaign performance frameworks to guide investment decisions.
• Support 3–5 year revenue and margin planning with consistent assumptions across brand and product teams.
• Translate product and pricing decisions into financial implications, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Demand Planning to improve inventory visibility and scenario planning.
• Deliver analyses to support strategic initiatives and evolving business needs.
• Streamline tools, reporting, and processes to improve speed and quality.
