Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Financial Analyst in Global Brand Finance for UGG and HOKA, with remote US work. You'll bridge brand strategy, product decisions, and financial discipline, partnering with Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, and Accounting to improve planning quality and decision speed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in financial analysis
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role
• Strong Excel modeling skills
• Experience with Hyperion or similar planning systems (preferred)
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for Global Brand Marketing across UGG and HOKA
• Build ROI and campaign performance frameworks to drive disciplined investment decisions
• Support 3 to 5-year revenue and margin planning with cross-functional partners
• Translate product, pricing, and mix decisions into financial implications and risks
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Demand Planning to improve inventory visibility
• Deliver hindsight and forecast-accuracy analyses across planning horizons
• Provide high-impact ad hoc analyses for strategic initiatives
• Continuously streamline tools, reporting, and processes
