Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Financial Analyst supporting UGG and HOKA at the global level. You’ll be at the intersection of brand strategy, product decisions, and financial discipline, helping leaders understand how investments drive demand, category growth and long-range brand performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience with strong financial analysis and business acumen.
• Minimum 1+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical work.
• Strong Excel modeling skills are required.
• Familiarity with Hyperion or similar planning systems is preferred; Power BI or Tableau is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for Global Brand Marketing across UGG and HOKA.
• Build ROI and campaign frameworks to guide investments with agencies and partnerships.
• Support 3-5 year revenue and margin planning with cross-functional inputs.
• Translate product, pricing, and mix decisions into financial implications and risks.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Demand Planning to improve inventory visibility.
• Deliver analyses to strengthen decision-making and learning loops.
• Provide ad hoc analyses for strategic initiatives and evolving needs.
• Streamline tools, reporting, and processes to improve speed and clarity.
