Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Financial Analyst for Global Brand Finance supporting UGG and HOKA. This remote role collaborates with marketing, merchandising, planning, accounting, and cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline and informed decision-making.

You will help leaders understand investments' impact on demand, growth, and long-range brand performance, with senior finance support and clear ownership of core workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with strong financial analysis and modeling.
• Minimum 1+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical role.
• Strong Excel modeling skills required.
• Experience with Hyperion or similar planning systems preferred.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for Global Brand Marketing across UGG and HOKA.
• Build ROI and campaign performance frameworks to guide disciplined investments.
• Support 3– to 5-year revenue and margin planning with consistent assumptions.
• Translate product, pricing, and mix decisions into financial implications.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Demand Planning to improve inventory visibility.
• Deliver hindsight and forecast accuracy analyses across planning horizons.
• Provide high-impact ad hoc analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Continuously streamline tools, reporting, and processes to speed decision-making.
