Deckers Brands seeks a Financial Analyst for Global Brand Finance (UGG & HOKA) who will partner across brand, product, and finance to drive disciplined investments and long-range performance. You’ll own budgeting, forecasting, and ROI models while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote US-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.
• Strong Excel modeling skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for Global Brand Marketing across UGG and HOKA.
• Build ROI and campaign performance frameworks to guide investments.
• Support 3–5 year revenue and margin planning with governance across brand, product, and finance partners.
• Translate product, pricing, and mix decisions into clear financial implications and risks.
