Deckers Brands is seeking a Financial Analyst to support UGG and HOKA at the global level. You’ll join a cross‑functional finance team focused on budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, turning product, pricing, and marketing decisions into clear financial implications and strategic insights.

This role offers exposure to brand marketing, planning, and operations, with remote work in the U.S. and collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.
• Strong Excel modeling skills are required.
• Experience with Hyperion or similar planning systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for Global Brand Marketing across UGG and HOKA.
• Build ROI and campaign frameworks to drive disciplined investment decisions.
• Support 3–5 year revenue and margin planning with well‑governed assumptions.
• Translate product and pricing decisions into financial implications and risks.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Demand Planning on inventory visibility and scenario planning.
• Deliver analyses to strengthen decision making and learning loops.
• Provide ad hoc analysis for strategic initiatives and evolving business needs.
• Continuously streamline tools and reporting for faster, clearer decisions.
