Deckers Brands is seeking a Financial Analyst for Global Brand Finance (UGG & HOKA). Remote within approved US states, you’ll support budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for the UGG and HOKA brands at the global level.

You’ll partner with cross‑functional teams to translate brand decisions into financial impact and deliver insights to improve decision quality. This role emphasizes growth, reporting clarity, and strategic investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with strong financial analysis
• 1+ year of FP&A, corporate finance, or similar analytical role
• Strong Excel modeling skills required
• Experience with Hyperion or planning systems preferred
• Power BI or Tableau familiarity is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for Global Brand Marketing across UGG and HOKA
• Build ROI and campaign performance frameworks to guide investments
• Support multi-year revenue and margin planning with consistent assumptions
• Translate product, pricing, and mix decisions into financial implications
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Demand Planning to improve inventory visibility and analysis
• Deliver analyses to support strategic initiatives and decision making
• Streamline tools, reporting, and processes to improve speed and clarity
