Job summary

Deckers Brands seeks a Financial Analyst for Global Brand Finance supporting UGG and HOKA. You will bridge brand strategy, product decisions and financial discipline, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve planning, reporting and decision-making while learning from senior finance leaders.

This developmental, high-impact role offers budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning exposure with remote US location and collaboration across brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1+ years FP&A or related analytical role.
• Strong Excel modeling skills required.
• Experience with Hyperion or similar planning systems preferred.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Interest in consumer brands, marketing analytics and long-range planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for Global Brand Marketing across UGG and HOKA.
• Build ROI and campaign performance frameworks to guide investments.
• Support 3–5 year revenue and margin planning with cross-brand inputs.
• Translate product, pricing, and mix decisions into financial implications.
• Improve inventory visibility and scenario planning with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver analyses to strengthen decision-making and learning loops.
• Provide ad hoc analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Streamline tools and reporting to speed decisions.
