Job summary

Ultimate Medical Academy is seeking a full-time admissions financial aid support specialist. The role focuses on advising prospective students through the financial aid process and collecting non-Title IV funds as scheduled. You will also assist continuing students preparing for externship or graduation with options to address account balances.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2-3 years of accounting or finance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Admissions by advising prospective students on completing the financial aid process.
• Collect non Title IV funds on an; scheduled basis and advise continuing students.
• Guide externship or graduation balance options for students preparing to leave school.
• Review NSLDS for student loan status, overpayments, and aggregate loan limits.
• Respond to inquiries about financial aid and student accounts via phone and email.
