Job summary

You will collaborate with UA teams to ensure funds disburse timely and provide a compassionate, efficient student experience while managing a remote caseload and prioritizing compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; exceptions with 10+ years financial aid experience.
• 3–5 years customer service experience.
• 3–5 years financial aid experience.
• Consent to audio and video recording of student appointments.
• Demonstrates integrity, ethics, and confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills; excellent written and verbal.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Understands program make up and packaging standards for all WCU campuses.
• Ensures students are properly packaged for prior AYs and repackaging.
• Supports students through initial and repackaging process with ongoing contact.
• Calculates and initiates offers and payment plans; updates packaging as needed.
• Delivers compassionate, timely assistance and guides students to next steps.
• Manages a student caseload and achives operational outcomes.
• Handles escalated student and parent concerns as the first point of resolution.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, laws, and professional standards.
