Ultimate Medical Academy is seeking a Learner Services Advisor for a full-time remote role based in Oregon. You will guide and support students, helping them navigate courses, policies, and expectations while maintaining a student-first approach.

You will engage learners via voice, text, and video, identify at-risk students, contribute to retention strategies, and collaborate with teams to achieve departmental goals. Evening/weekend flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to learn basic technical computer skills and navigate tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic guidance and course navigation support.
• Serve as primary contact for learners via voice, text, and video.
• Collaborate on retention initiatives and support at-risk learners.
• Contribute to achieving retention and performance metrics.
• Engage with team members on camera and in digital spaces.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
