Job summary

Ultimate Medical Academy is seeking a full-time remote Admissions/Financial Aid Associate to support students through the financial aid process and advise on account balances before graduation. The role emphasizes compliance with federal/state regulations and timely communication with students.

You will handle FAFSA follow-ups, document renewals, and cooperation with the Compliance department while working flexible hours to accommodate evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2–3 years of accounting or finance experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Working knowledge of Title IV Regulations preferred.
• Must be computer and internet literate with the ability to learn Campus Vue.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communications to students and send emails as appropriate.
• Follow up on FAFSA and missing document renewals for continuing students.
• Assist with externship and graduation clearance processes.
• Review NSLDS for loan status and overpayments.
• Answer inquiries regarding financial aid and student accounts via phone and email.
• Help reduce average accounts receivable for the assigned student population.
