Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of federal, state and financial aid programs is required.
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial aid information to students and families.
• Proven experience in leading diverse teams and coaching staff to meet operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Track the financial status of all new domestic students, FAFSA completion, gap funding, and file completion.
• Supervise Financial Aid Representatives to ensure completion of the aid process.
• Provide counseling on financial aid portions of the program plan and loan limits.
• Manage emails and hotline for new student inquiries and status updates.
• Assist with events and training, including orientation and workshops.
