You will provide course navigation assistance, policy explanations, and regular communication with learners. The role emphasizes retention strategies, team collaboration, and ensuring student success in allied health programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Academic guidance to learners including course navigation and policies.
• Serve as primary contact for learner inquiries via voice, text, and video.
• Develop and implement retention strategies to support student success.
• Contribute to achieving individual, team, and departmental retention goals.
• Collaborate with team members through digital platforms and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
