Job summary

Clearsulting LLC is seeking a Consulting Senior Manager to lead finance transformation engagements from strategy through execution, guiding delivery and achieving measurable client outcomes. This role includes engagement planning, budgeting, governance, and team leadership across cross-functional groups.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience solving finance, accounting, operations, technology, or transformation challenges.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience leading multiple phases of complex client engagements, including scope, workplans, staffing, milestones, budgets, risks, governance, and change enablement.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, evaluate information, and communicate complex ideas clearly through executive-ready presentations and deliverables.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa support.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation engagements from strategy through execution, shaping delivery approach and ensuring measurable client outcomes.
• Own engagement planning and execution, including scope, workplans, staffing, milestones, budget, risks, and governance.
• Serve as day-to-day leader and trusted advisor for client stakeholders and executive discussions.
• Develop SME in financial close, procure to pay, or business advisory; work with related tools and platforms.
• Contribute to growth through knowledge sharing, reusable tools, and business development activities.
• Lead and develop project teams, set expectations, review deliverables, and coach team members.
