Job summary

Renovo Solutions is seeking a Finance Analyst to perform financial analysis and transaction work behind the ELIS program. The role is remote nationwide and reports to the Manager, Program Finance. You will collaborate with Accounts Payable Coordinators, the Program Analyst, and Site Operations Managers.

Responsibilities include billing support, cost/spend analysis, accruals and monthly close, and ensuring reporting integrity with clear, auditable documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, management accounting, billing or a comparable finance role.
• Experience preparing billing against a contract and checking the contractual basis of billed lines.
• Experience with accruals, reconciliation and monthly close support.
• Strong spreadsheet capability including pivot, lookup and reconciliation techniques.
• Experience with an ERP and reporting environment.
• Willingness to query a number rather than just process it.
• Experience in a services, outsourcing or regulated technical service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Billing support: prepare monthly billing against contractual pricing, ensure lines are contract-based and well-documented.
• Cost and spend analysis: assess cost by site/region/service line and explain movements.
• Close and reconciliation: prepare accruals/prepayments and reconcile accounts to GL.
• Reporting integrity: document basis of figures and support audits with traceable work.
