LOGS Legal Group LLP is seeking a REMOTE Finance and Administration Analyst to join our Finance Team. The role reports to the Vice President of Finance & Treasury Administration and focuses on financial reporting, treasury, audits, and compliance in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

You’ll partner across departments, support budgeting, cash management, and governance, and help implement new systems and processes to improve efficiency while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics (preferred).
• Five or more years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, treasury, or related field.
• Experience preparing or reviewing financial reports for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare management reports, schedules, and executive summaries.
• Coordinate treasury and banking activities and compliance requirements.
• Support audits and internal controls improvements.
