Job summary

Renovo Solutions is seeking a Program Analyst to convert ELIS program data into actionable evidence for operations, budgeting, and capital decisions. You will support performance analysis, spend trends, and capacity planning to drive program governance and client reporting.

The role is predominantly remote with periodic site travel, reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, and collaboration with the Master Data and Systems team on data standards and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operational, service, performance or financial analysis.
• Ability to produce analysis that can be challenged and held up.
• Strong spreadsheet capability including pivot, lookup and reconciliation.
• SQL, Power BI, Tableau or comparable reporting tools preferred.
• Experience with CMMS or enterprise asset management as a data source.
• Experience with contractual or regulated performance measures where definition matters.
• Willingness to say a number is wrong rather than publish it.
• Knowledge of GxP requirements and data integrity expectations.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare or technical services.

Responsibilities

• Produce contractual KPI reporting and maintain calculation methods.
• Analyze scheduled maintenance, demand maintenance, and performance by site/department.
• Evaluate first-time fix, repeat faults and aging work orders.
• Analyze spend by site, vendor, platform and category against budget.
• Ensure analytical integrity by stating data limitations and reconciling figures.
• Act as analytical contact for Site Operations Managers and travel to sites as needed.
• Provide actionable insights to sites and support capital replacement analyses.
