Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Client Finance Analyst I for a fully remote role. You will assist in monthly close, client portfolio management, reporting, and day-to-day financial tasks.

Responsibilities include updating project trackers, setting up new projects in time and expense systems, preparing invoicing, tracking accruals, and supporting audits. A bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and 0–2 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business.
• 0-2 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly project accounting and updating financial trackers.
• Set up new projects in time & expense systems and verify signatures.
• Update project files for change orders, budgets, and milestones.
• Book intercompany revenue/cost transactions and track trackers.
• Prepare client invoicing and manage past due invoices.
• Assist in preparing monthly client accruals.
• Track project costs against contracted amounts.
• Support month-end close with SG&A coordination.
• Assist with annual budget and audits.
