Job summary

Renovo Solutions is seeking a Program Analyst to translate the Enterprise Laboratory Instrument Services (ELIS) program into evidence that the client can act on. You will support operational performance analysis, spending trends, and decisions on coverage, capacity and capital replacement.

The role is remote with periodic travel to assigned sites and reports to the Regional Director of Operations, while coordinating with Master Data and Systems on data and reporting standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operational, service, performance or financial analysis.
• Proven ability to produce analysis that has been challenged and held up.
• Strong spreadsheet capability including pivot, lookup and reconciliation techniques. SQL, Power BI, Tableau or comparable reporting tool experience preferred.
• Experience with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), enterprise asset management system or service management platform as a data source.
• Experience working to contractual or regulated performance measures where the definition matters.
• Demonstrated willingness to say that a number is wrong or cannot be produced, rather than publishing it.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare or technical service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce contractual key performance indicators.
• Maintain the calculation method for each measure in documented form so any figure can be traced and reproduced.
• Identify and flag where a contractual measure cannot be produced accurately from available data.
• Support the quality governance review and performance content for reviews.
• Track corrective action triggers and remediation status when a measure breaches its threshold.
• Analyze capacity and workload distribution to flag unsustainable load.
