You will partner with IT, Data, and business leaders to identify high-value AI opportunities, design governance, and scale AI-enabled processes across Close, Consolidation, FP&A and more. Qualifications

• 12+ years combined experience in Finance or Accounting Transformation.
• 3+ years delivering AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives.
• Strong working knowledge of Close, Consolidation, FP&A, and Controls.
• Proven track record influencing Sr. Director / VP / CFO-level stakeholders.
• Experience utilizing AI to improve decision-making and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define the F&A AI operating model, charter, and governance forums.
• Maintain F&A AI transformation roadmap with intake and prioritization.
• Evaluate AI platforms, ERP/Finance systems AI features, and tools.
• Maintain view of AI tooling landscape and recommend investment.
• Partner with process leads to surface high-value AI opportunities.
• Lead POC delivery and scale pilots into Production.
