BROTHERS Pro-Pave LLC is seeking a remote, field-based Sales Trainer to empower our sales teams and estimators nationwide. You will travel to operating companies, deliver hands-on PavementSoft training, and reinforce standard operating procedures through coaching at the office and in the field.

The role requires travel up to 70%, exceptional presentation skills, and the ability to translate complex production rates into accurate estimates that protect margins.

Competenze

• 5+ years in paving or pavement maintenance sales, estimating, PM, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of paving production rates, crew sizes, equipment, and material yields.

Mansioni

• Travel to operating companies nationwide to deliver hands-on training for salespeople and estimators.
• Train teams to use PavementSoft from lead management through estimating and handoff to operations.
• Coach on SOPs, production rates, and cost standards; reinforce adoption of procedures.
