Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; 2+ years in troubleshooting complex systems.
• Education substitution: 6+ years experience in related field accepted.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer needs, perform installations, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs.
• Build trust with customers, promote service agreements, identify sales opportunities.
• Collaborate across service and support teams to drive field revenue.
• Attend 6–9 weeks of product training in Durham, NC or St. Louis, MO in the first year.
• Travel includes daily customer visits and possible overnight stays; on‑call rotation.
• Complete work orders, QA checklists, and training requirements on time.
• Maintain fleet vehicle, inventory, and equipment per policy.
