Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2+ years of troubleshooting/repair of electro-mechanical/electronic systems in related settings.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer needs and perform installations, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs for instruments.
• Promote service agreements and identify cross-functional sales opportunities.
• Drive field service revenue through billable offerings like preventive maintenance and equipment moves.
• Attend product training within the first year at designated offices.
