Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field, or 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of professional troubleshooting/repair experience on complex electro-mechanical/electronic systems.
• Valid driver's license in state of residence.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 90%.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, upgrade and repair instruments at customer sites.
• Build trust with customers and promote service agreements.
• Drive field service revenue through preventive maintenance and equipment moves.
• Attend product training at Durham, NC or St. Louis, MO within the first year.
• Travel for customer visits and occasional national travel.
• Complete service work orders and QA checklists accurately.
