Responsibilities

• Respond to customer needs and perform installations, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs to ensure instruments meet specifications.
• Build trust with customers, promote service agreements, and identify sales opportunities for cross-functional teams.
• Drive field service revenue through preventive maintenance, equipment moves, and billable services.
• Attend product training within the first year at designated offices; additional trainings as needed.
• Travel for customer visits, including overnight stays as required.
