The position emphasizes customer service, technical execution, and collaboration with sales & support teams, while maintaining schedules, documents, and fleet/parts inventory in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• 2+ years of professional experience in troubleshooting and/or repair of complex electro-mechanical, electronic, computer, electrical systems.
• Education Substitution: 6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer needs and perform installations, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs.
• Build trust with customers, promote service agreements, and identify sales opportunities.
