RELX Inc. through LexisNexis Legal & Professional seeks a Field Solutions Consultant to educate, support, and drive adoption of our legal analytics and decision tools. You will retain and grow revenue within Government Agency accounts while building strong relationships.

The role requires travel, consultative guidance, and collaboration with sales and product teams. Ideal candidates bring legal research experience and excellent law practice background, plus proven sales or training success and

Qualifications

• Be able to travel 7-10 days/month (in the Texas territory).
• Have Legal Research experience or expertise.
• Have excellent experience practicing law.
• Demonstrate excellent proven sales or training experience.
• Display excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative services to legal customers and prospects ensuring maximized use and understanding of LexisNexis products.
• Communicate credibly with clients to understand their challenges and provide guidance, education, and consultation to help improvement.
• Deliver specialized customer presentations, and communicating our value proposition and competitor differentiators to retain and drive revenue.
• Collaborate with sales partners on preference, driving strategy, and developing strategic account plans.
• Identify and sharing leads and opportunities with sales partners and/or Product Specialists.
• Conduct competitor research, analyzing findings, and sharing information with Product, Segment and Marketing.
• Gather desired feature and function intelligence from customers for future development and roadmaps.
• Utilize effectively all required processes, tools, and systems.
