Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Solutions Consultant to educate, support, and drive adoption of LexisNexis products within assigned accounts. You will build strong relationships, retain and grow revenue, and translate customer needs into actionable insights for product teams.

The role requires a JD, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to half the year as needed to engage clients and partners across regions.

Qualifications

• Jurist Doctorate required; strong communication abilities are essential.
• Proven experience in training or sales environments.
• Ability to perform both simple and complex research tasks.
• Excellent organizational and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative services to legal customers and prospects to maximize use of LexisNexis products.
• Collaborate with sales partners on strategy and develop strategic account plans.
• Identify and share leads and opportunities with sales or Product Specialists.
• Conduct competitor research and relay findings to Product, Segment and Marketing teams.
• Communicate credibly with clients to understand challenges and provide guidance.
• Gather feature requirements from customers and relay to product teams.
• Utilize all required processes, tools and systems.
