LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Solutions Consultant to educate customers, drive usage of our legal and professional analytics solutions, and grow revenue within assigned accounts and territory. The role emphasizes consultative guidance, cross-functional collaboration, and strong relationship-building skills.

The successful candidate will understand customer needs, provide high-quality consultation, and generate leads while traveling up to 50% of the time within the Atlanta

Qualifications

JD required or JD candidate with strong understanding of legal tech preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain internal/external relationships.
Experience conducting research and producing actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Provide consultative guidance to LexisNexis Legal & Professional customers and prospects.
Collaborate with sales to shape strategy and account plans.
Identify opportunities and share leads with sales/Product teams.
Conduct competitive analysis and relay findings to product/marketing.
Articulate customer challenges and advise on suitable solutions.
Gather feature requirements and relay to product teams.
Utilize standard processes and tools to manage accounts.
