Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional Group is seeking a Field Solutions Consultant to educate and support customers, build preference for our outcomes, and drive usage of our legal tech solutions within Government Agency accounts. The role requires travel (7-10 days per month in Texas), strong consultative selling and training skills, and a Juris Doctorate with bar license preferred.

The U.S. base pay range is $71,600 to $119,400, with incentives.

Qualifications

• Be able to travel 7-10 days per month (Texas territory).
• Self-motivated and able to work solo and manage a territory.
• Ability to build solid relationships internally and externally.
• Effective cross-team collaboration across teams.
• Have Legal Research experience or expertise.
• Have excellent proven sales or training experience.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Juris Doctorate and bar license highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative services to legal customers and prospects, maximizing use and understanding of LexisNexis products.
• Communicate credibly with clients to understand challenges and provide guidance, education, and consultation to help improvement.
• Deliver specialized customer presentations and communicate our value proposition and differentiators to retain and drive revenue.
• Collaborate with sales partners on preference, driving strategy, and developing strategic account plans.
• Identify and share leads and opportunities with sales partners and/or Product Specialists.
• Conduct competitor research, analyze findings, and share information with Product, Segment and Marketing.
• Gather desired feature and function intelligence from customers for future development and roadmaps.
• Utilize effectively all required processes, tools, and systems.
