Job summary

Motion Industries seeks a Services Advisor II to travel to customer locations, assess systems, and identify Motion products and services. You will analyze data, generate detailed reports, and prepare quotes and pricing considerations for internal and external stakeholders.

You will work closely with the sales team, lead site assessments, and coordinate post-sale product configuration while maintaining strong customer relationships across various sites.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED with 3–5 years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead site assessments including pre- and post-assessment steps.
• Travel to customer locations to assess systems and identify solutions.
• Develop detailed reports, quotes, and technical specifications based on data.
• Provide technical recommendations and design custom solutions.
• Present technical briefs to customers and coordinate post-sale configuration.
