Job summary

Motion Industries seeks a Services Advisor II to travel to customer locations, identify products and services, and create detailed reports and specifications for customer needs. The role collaborates with the sales team to drive solutions and coordinate with vendors, branches and contractors.

Responsibilities include leading site assessments, drafting quotes and pricing considerations, presenting technical briefings, and guiding junior staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3–5 years of related experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to develop reports and proposals for customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to identify products and services Motion can sell.
• Lead site assessments and prepare pre-assessment, assessment, and post-assessment tasks.
• Develop data-driven reports with quotes, specs, and pricing.
• Present technical briefings to customers and account reps.
• Coordinate with vendor partners, branches, utilities, and contractors.
• Conduct user training and product briefings as needed.
• Mentor lower-level Services Advisors.
