Job summary

At Sage Sustainable Electronics, we are seeking a Manager, Field Services to lead a scalable direct services program across multiple locations. You will focus on service delivery, standardization, and strategic growth within a fast-paced, fully remote footprint.

You will partner with Operations, Sales, Client Engagement, and others to optimize staffing, budgets, and KPIs, while driving continuous improvement and compliant operations across the national landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 5-7+ years in operations, logistics, or service delivery.
• 3+ years leadership including hiring and coaching.
• Experience managing budgets and KPIs.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain DOT certification.
• Must be 21+ and able to travel up to 25%.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Field Services program across locations.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and process standardization.
• Define KPIs, service metrics, and productivity targets.
• Standardize processes across locations.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Client Engagement.
• Oversee reporting, capacity planning, and growth plans.
