Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Lead Field Service Representative to support the Secure Power team in the U.S. Services organization.

The role focuses on coaching peers, managing key customer accounts, and delivering pre/post sales technical support including installation, testing and commissioning of equipment in diverse environments. You will develop innovative solutions to complex problems, collaborate with customers and partners, and help drive service excellence while following standard

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Field Service Reps, provide technical advice and support.
• Manage several customer key accounts.
• Provide pre/post sales technical support including commissioning, installation, testing, and maintenance.
• Develop solutions to complex technical problems during start-up.
• Research and recommend product upgrades to meet customer needs.
• Monitor and resolve recurring problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during start-up.
• Generate service leads and train customers on equipment features.
