Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Lead Field Service Representative for a home-based role in the United States. You will collaborate with customers, sales reps, and partners to install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, while guiding other field reps and taking on leadership tasks as directed by the Services Manager.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ work experience as a shop or field electrical technician
• Leadership skills to mentor and guide field reps
• Knowledge of ANSI IEEE C37 standards and protective relay concepts

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Field Service Reps to provide technical advice and diagnose problems
• Manage several customer key accounts and provide pre/post sales technical support
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve startup-related electrical issues
• Develop solutions for complex technical problems and propose upgrades to meet customer needs
• Produce leads for service and train customers on equipment features
• Support the Services Manager in coaching and mentoring colleagues
