Job summary

Structured seeks a Technical Professional Services Manager to lead enterprise SaaS implementations, aligning with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. You’ll engage senior client stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and technical accuracy while guiding teams across global time zones.

In this remote-first, fast-growing environment, you’ll translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, working with APIs, integrations, and configurations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Professional Services, Implementation Consulting, or Technical Project Management within a SaaS environment.
• Experience with enterprise software onboarding and customer lifecycle frameworks.
• Strong communication, with experience presenting to C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation lifecycle for enterprise customers: requirements gathering, technical planning, execution, UAT, and go-live.
• Serve as technical liaison between client and internal teams for integrations, configurations, and deployment needs.
• Coordinate tasks using Jira and track dependencies; ensure post-launch handoffs to CS and Support with thorough documentation and KPI handover.
• Collaborate with Global teams to align across time zones and regions.
