Job summary

Keller Executive Search is seeking a Regional Director of Field Services to lead a large distributed field workforce and ensure top-tier service delivery. You will oversee staffing, client satisfaction, and operating standards across the region, reporting to senior leadership.

The role emphasizes leadership across sites, process discipline, and cross‑functional collaboration with HR, Finance, and client teams to meet aggressive growth and service targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multi-site field service teams in a commercial services environment.
• Strong people leadership with frontline or hourly workforce experience.
• Experience managing service standards, staffing plans, and client satisfaction metrics.
• Knowledge of labor management, scheduling, productivity and budget controls.
• Client relationship management with focus on retention.
• Ability to lead through change, growth and operational improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead field service teams across multiple client sites and service locations.
• Ensure consistent service quality, staffing coverage, and client responsiveness.
• Manage regional performance against labor, budget, retention, and service targets.
• Partner with client stakeholders to resolve concerns and strengthen relationships.
• Support new client onboarding, service transitions, and account mobilization.
• Coach managers and supervisors on performance, accountability, and team development.
• Review operational reporting and recommend improvements to senior leadership.
• Work cross‑functionally with HR, Finance, and client‑facing teams to support business goals.
