Job summary

Sage Integration Holdings LLC is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead and develop Systems Engineers and service teams. You will ensure installation teams have training, tools, and support to perform safely, efficiently, and at a high level, coordinating with PMO and Service Operations.

This role supervises labor utilization, workforce readiness, productivity, installation quality, schedule adherence, and margin improvement across installation operations, while driving performance, coaching

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience managing direct reports within installation or field operations environments.
• Strong understanding of security system installation practices, project execution, and field operations.
• Experience managing workforce schedules, labor utilization, and field productivity.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage all Systems Engineers and service staff.
• Develop and maintain training programs to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Monitor technician utilization and ensure billable productivity.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to align labor resources with project requirements and deadlines.
• Own and monitor key operational performance indicators (labor utilization, technician productivity, gross margin).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and profitability.
