Job summary

Axon is hiring for a post-sale, customer-facing role to deploy network, hardware, and software solutions for Axon Fleet. You will work remotely from the United States, with 100% domestic travel (Mon-Fri) and report to the Sr Manager or Manager of Professional Services.

You will engage with law enforcement and IT leaders, perform field deployments, and ensure a smooth customer experience. Ideal candidates have advanced network implementation experience, Windows OS proficiency,

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and deploying products in IP-based Ethernet networks (L2/L3).
• Ability to monitor software implementation lifecycles and perform customizations.
• Strong focus on customer total implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement solutions with minimal assistance in fast-paced environments.
• Create network diagrams and documentation for design and planning.
• Coordinate customers and execute field commissioning tests.
• Deliver deployment reports with detailed progress.
• Train customers on Axon Fleet components and products.
• Troubleshoot applications, networks, and devices.
