Fujifilm North America Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician – Level 4 to act as SME for a product line, lead other technicians, and deliver remote/on-site support across the US. The role requires travel throughout the United States and alignment with the Technical Service team.

The candidate will mentor peers, handle complex service issues, and participate in training to stay current on products.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 8+ years field service experience with related product lines.
• Two-year electronics or mechanical engineering degree or equivalent.
• Field service experience with toner-based production equipment.
• Must have valid state driver's license and passport; travel up to 70%.

Aufgaben

• Coach and mentor internal and partner technicians as SME for the product line.
• Lead team in special projects requiring technical expertise.
• Provide remote and on-site support and repair to customers in the US, Mexico, and beyond.
• Utilize KT methodology to resolve complex service issues.
• Maintain communication with Technical Service Manager and Regional Service Manager.
