Job summary

FUJIFILM North America Corporation is seeking a Level 4 Field Service Technician who acts as the SME for a designated product line. You will mentor technicians, lead technical projects, and provide both remote and on-site support across the Americas.

The role requires strong electronics knowledge and excellent communication. Flexibility to travel extensively (approximately 70%) and willingness to participate in training sessions worldwide are essential.

Qualifications

• 8 or more years of field service experience with industry-related product lines.
• Extensive knowledge of electronics.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Computer skills with emphasis on operating systems and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor internal and partner technicians as SME for the product line.
• Lead team on special projects requiring technical expertise.
• Provide remote and on-site support and repair to customers in North, Central, and South America.
• Maintain communication with managers and support teams to ensure accurate resolution of service issues.
• Attend training classes worldwide to stay current on products.
• Travel up to 70% across regions as needed.
