Job summary

Starrett Metrology Systems Division | Starrett Kinemetric Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, calibrate, and service advanced metrology systems at customer facilities across the New England region and adjacent areas.

Qualifications

• Experience performing field service on precision measurement equipment.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, software, and application issues.
• Experience delivering customer training and on-site support.
• Comfort reading technical documentation and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and validate advanced measurement systems at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs; troubleshoot issues.
• Provide on-site and remote technical assistance and training to customers.
• Prepare service reports, time records, and documentation.
