You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues, perform preventive maintenance, and document service actions. Willingness to travel across the New England area and beyond is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays.
• Ability to understand technical docs, schematics, and manuals.
• Comfort with on-site and remote support and training.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and validate precision measurement equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and complete repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, software, and application problems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical assistance and training.
• Create accurate service reports, time records, and documentation.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and service inventory.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and distributors to resolve issues.
• Support product demonstrations and training events as needed.
• Identify opportunities for upgrades, retrofits, or replacements.
• Follow safety, quality, and cybersecurity requirements.
