You will diagnose, repair, calibrate, and document service activities, provide Level 2 support, mentor peers, and coordinate with Client Relations. Travel 75-90%; associates degree required and 4+ years field service experience; ISO 13485 knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electrical or electronic repair or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of field service experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning medical instruments or equipment.
• Repair equipment after diagnosis.
• Read diagrams and schematics to perform full board swaps as needed.
• Test machines after repair to ensure proper functionality.
• Maintain and complete repair documentation paperwork.
• Provide Level 2 support via phone to customers and internal employees.
• Set appointments to perform preventive maintenance, service calls, and installations.
• Mentor and aid other field service personnel.
