Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in electrical/electronic repair.
• 4+ years of Field Service experience.
• Component-level repair experience preferred.
• ISO 13485 knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot Alma Lasers equipment.
• Repair equipment after diagnosis and perform preventative maintenance.
• Read diagrams and schematics for full board repairs.
• Provide Level 2 phone support to customers; document work.
• Mentor peers and assist other departments as needed.
