Job summary

FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician – Level 4 who will serve as the SME for a product line and provide on-site and remote support across the Americas. The role requires extensive travel and the ability to lead other technicians on complex installations and repairs.

You will mentor teammates, coordinate with managers, and participate in training to stay current on new and existing products.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 8+ years of field service experience.
• Two-year electronics or mechanical engineering degree or equivalent in field experience.
• Field service experience with toner-based production equipment.
• Extensive knowledge of electronics.
• Computer skills with emphasis on operating systems and hardware.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Valid state driver’s license (Real ID compliant) and passport.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor technicians as SME for the product line.
• Lead team in special projects requiring technical expertise.
• Provide remote and on-site support across the Americas.
• Address complex service issues using data-driven KT methodology.
• Communicate with managers to ensure accurate resolution of issues.
• Develop relationships with customers and coordinate training.
• Perform pre-installation assessments and inspections per equipment requirements.
• Submit service activity information in a timely manner.
• Monitor and manage return of parts and preventive maintenance.
• Attend training classes to stay current on products.
