ABB is seeking a Director-level leader for the Data Center Services Center of Excellence in the United States. This role drives day-to-day service activities, oversees the Surge Team, and aligns field service strategy with global objectives across the ABB Electrification Services division. Remote within the U.S.

with a preference for Western or Mountain Time Zones. You will coach Field Service Engineers/Technicians, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate across ABB teams to

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business or commensurate experience.
• Knowledge of Data Center Start-up and Commissioning strategies and field service personnel development.
• Experience with electrical industry within the Data Center market.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Technical understanding of power delivery equipment (transformers, switchgear, breakers, relays).
• Commitment to safety and regulatory standards; strong leadership and teamwork.
• Willing to travel up to 50% of time; work authorization in the US.
