ABB is seeking a Data Center Services leader in the United States to manage day-to-day operations, drive service strategy, and oversee a surge team. You will guide Field Service Engineers and coordinate with cross-functional ABB teams to ensure top-tier performance and customer satisfaction.

The role enables remote work within the U.S. with a preference for the Western or Mountain Time Zones, and requires up to 50% travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business or commensurate experience.
• Knowledge of data center start-up, commissioning strategies and field service roles.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Google Workspace, SAP and project-issue software.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and electrical specs.
• Understanding power delivery equipment and safety standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, teamwork and customer focus.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day field service activities for the Data Center Services Center of Excellence.
• Lead surge team development and onboarding across data center and field services.
• Ensure service availability, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute field service strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and KPI-based performance management.
• Resource planning, workload balancing and HSE compliance.
• Coordinate with ABB teams for staffing, issues resolution and project support.
• Coach and develop Field Service Engineers/Technicians.
